Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Monday (April 6) urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to reconsider the Centre`s decision to suspend MPLADS funds for two years, saying they have a demonstrable potential to be deployed as an effective supplement to the initiatives being made by the central and state governments.
